At Astraelis, each piece is crafted with care and prepared for its journey to you. Below, you'll find information about processing times, shipping options, and what to expect once your order is on its way.
📦 Stock & Availability
Most Astraelis pieces are ready to ship. If an item is out of stock, it won’t be available for purchase until restocked.
Want to know when a sold-out piece is back? Keep an eye on the website or Astraelis’ social channels for updates!
Shipping Times & Costs
🕜 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3-6 business days. If you need an update on your order status, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help!
- Netherlands (domestic): Estimated delivery is approx. 1-3 business days after processing.
- Europe (International): Estimated delivery is approx. 2-5 business days after processing.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable). Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.
💶 Customs & Import Fees
For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These costs are not included in the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the buyer. If you’re unsure, I recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order. Taxes are included in your order and can be seen on the checkout page.
🦥 Lost or Delayed Packages
While I do my best to ensure smooth delivery, unexpected delays can sometimes happen. If your order is taking longer than expected, I recommend first checking with the shipping carrier. If you need assistance, don’t hesitate to contact me—I’ll do what I can to help!
Please note that I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping provider. However, if an issue arises, I’ll be happy to assist in finding a solution.
Address Changes & Errors
Double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you realize there’s a mistake, please email astraelisjewelry@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, I may not be able to make changes.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, I can arrange for it to be re-shipped,but additional shipping costs may apply.
