Returns & Refunds
I want you to feel completely happy with your Astraelis piece. If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, just as you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be needed. If you’d like to start a return, simply reach out to me at astraelisjewelry@gmail.com.

Once your return is accepted, I’ll provide you with the necessary details, including where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted. If you have any questions along the way, feel free to get in touch—I’m happy to help!
Damages & Issues
Your jewelry should arrive in perfect condition, but if something isn’t right—whether it’s damaged, defective, or the wrong item—please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to resolve the issue quickly. If your package itself is damaged, you may also need to reach out to the shipping provider for further assistance.
Non-Returnable Items
Some pieces are final sale and cannot be returned. These include:
- Custom or personalized pieces, as they are made especially for you
- Sale items and gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, just send me a message—I’d be happy to clarify.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different item, the best way to do so is to return your original purchase and, once it’s accepted, place a new order for the piece you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to an EU country, you have 14 days to return it for any reason—no explanation needed. Just make sure the item is unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and that you have proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll notify you about the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may take some extra time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please reach out to me at astraelisjewelry@gmail.com, and I’ll look into it.
